Cancellation Policy
At Goldin Cleanerz LLC, we understand that plans can change. To keep our scheduling fair for all clients and ensure our cleaners are compensated for their time, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below. **Canceling or Rescheduling** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know **at least 24 hours before** your scheduled cleaning. There is **no fee** when changes are made ahead of time. **Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)** If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a **50% fee** will be charged. This helps cover the time reserved for your cleaning. **Same‑Day Cancellations & No‑Shows** If you cancel within **4 hours** of your appointment, or if our team arrives and cannot access the property, a **100% fee** will apply. **Emergencies** We know life happens. If you experience an emergency—such as illness, severe weather, or a safety concern—please reach out. We may waive fees at our discretion. **If Goldin Cleanerz LLC Must Cancel** If we ever need to cancel due to staffing, equipment issues, or safety concerns, you will **not** be charged.
